TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEES

  • Invoices will be sent on the second week of term and payment is required by the end of week four unless a payment plan has been previously arranged.

  • Late fees will incur a $25 admin fee.

  • The fees are on a per term basis. There are no partial refunds for any classes a student misses due to travel or sickness.

TIMETABLE

  • Each term will have a minimum of eight weeks of classes, some terms may have more classes at no extra charge.

  • Class timetable may change, you will be given as much notice as possible if we need to make any changes.

GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION

  • No food and drink is allowed in the theatre, you may bring a named drink bottle (water only).

  • No parents in the theatre during the classes.  At the end of each term we will open up the classes for parents to view.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Our classes take place in a working theatre and so there are a number of Health and Safety rules that all students will be taken through during their first lesson.

  • All students must adhere to the Health and Safety of the theatre

  • The cost of any damage made to the Coasters Musical Theatre, or its fixtures and fitting will be the responsibility of the individual.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • During classes, or at performances, we may take pictures or video to use on our website or Facebook page.  If you don't wish your child's image to be used please let us know.
